Locations
TriVest's target markets are concentrated in the Southwest and South-Central United States . We are focused on markets that have a healthy job-to-permit ratio, solid multifamily fundamentals, consistent job and population growth, and a diversity of local employers. States in which we are currently looking for opportunities include:

- Louisiana
- Arizona
- Arkansas
- Colorado
- Tennessee |
- New Mexico
- Oklahoma
- Mississipi
- Missouri
- Nebraska |

Acquisition Preferences
- $5,000,000 or larger
- 150 units or larger
- MSA's with a population of 100,000 or more
- Stable or improving demographics
- Generally 10 to 30 years in age
- All cash or with existing assumable financing
Commissions
TriVest acquires assets exclusively for its own account and does not participate in brokerage commissions. TriVest will protect brokers who submit opportunities that have not been recently submitted.
